"The One with the Quick Update"

Hey everyone. This blog is not going to be super long by any means, but my internet is actually working extremely well right now which means I can upload a few pictures.  This is my family, minus my brother Patrick and our Aunt who stays with us.

This weekend we went to the source of the Nile River at King Fisher. It was unbelievable to wrap my head around the fact that I was on a wooden boat on the Nile River, at the source on lake Victoria. Crazy. There is so much history on that River and it was really cool to be there.

I was also able to upload a some pictures to facebook. I can't believe it is already February! I have been here for a month!  Lastly, if you want to send mail, letters are NOT likely to get here or take a really long time. The best bet is just to pay the $2 standard rate to get it in a padded manilla envelop. They get here much faster---and by fast I mean about 2 months. So if you want to send me mail please do it by MARCH or I won't get it! Happy February!
